7/8/11 EastEndersThis is going to be my last post for EastEnders. I'm not even sure if I'll be able to watch anymore. Since that's so up in the air I've decided to bring another soap back instead that I won't have a problem watching and blogging about. Also I'm not sure if it is just me not being British but lately it has been kind of blah. But finally I finished this episode. If I am able to keep watching I might tweet while watching.
Anyhoo the guy that was trying to find Janine turns out to be a lawyer that's there to give Janine the good news about her being the sole heir of Granny's estate. Yep she gets it all so she doesn't have to put up with Idiot Face anymore. She should do something nice for Billy since he's being really kind to her but this is Janine so I won't hold my breath. Why can't this happen to me? I'd be dancing around too.
I bet Julie's bummed that the guy isn't trying to get money from Janine. Instead he's trying to give her money. He was trying to track her down all day while Billy was really sweet when he pretended that he didn't know where Janine was. But at least Billy did get the name of his son thanks to Phil. That was pretty sweet of him. It seems to be a day for Mitchells being sweet although Billy always is since the same can't be said about Phil.
Roxy's all bummed and she's worried about Jack after all he didn't do too well when Ronnie was behind bars before. At least he was able to knock around Monster for a bit before Eddie asked him to stop. That dude is just nuts. Monster's talking about Ronnie when he's the one that is full on crazy. Quids? What did he mean when he said that to Jack? They are quids? Um I thought that was the British way of saying buck in British like we call dollars bucks I thought you called pounds quids.
When did Monster get his shrink license? He was going on about her getting worse. She's grieving the loss of her baby and she feels guilt about what she did which is why she felt she belonged in prison. But Monster just thinks he can go back to being Jack's BFF. I won't hold my breath on that. How ironic that the only person that gives a crap about Monster is the father that he blames for his mother's death.
I guess brown sauce will remain a mystery although I'm thinking that brown sauce is what ended up on Whitney's top. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time since she got it spilled all over when Billy and the pedophile Henry got into a fight. Henry right? I think he's Henry. Billy finally realized that Henry was just using Billy to get free meals and cash. So the pedophile got the boot.
Lauren is such a bitch. She's deluded if she thinks that Ryan will give her the time of day. Is she even legal? Anyhoo she makes a point of mentioning to Arthur that his marriage isn't real when she knows damn well that the guy has real feelings for Mercy. Yeah she's a bitch all right. I would have thought she'd be keeping an eye on her parents to make sure they still aren't having an affair. She seems to be like a reverse Sami Brady who would have at one point been thrilled if her parents were having an affair but no she doesn't seem to really care.
I guess Max and Tanya are going their separate ways at least for now. Well she did give Lauren the keys to the love shack. Um I'm not sure why she'd think that would stop them from continuing the affair after all Max and Tanya could just go to his office again. I feel bad for poor what's his face. Greg? I always forget the guy's name since he really isn't on much but he's on more than Thorne is although I'm hoping that last week is a sign that he will be coming out of the basement more.
I'm glad that Alfie spoke up about Tommy. He's not the biological father but he is the father in every way that counts. Hey did I see Monster overhearing this conversation when Kat told Afie that she wants him to be Tommy's father. He is the one that wasn't comfy about Monster going out with Tommy which means that whole mess could have been avoided in the first place. Just because you father a child doesn't make you a father.
I said I'd get this done this morning and I did. I'm going by my time not the time that pops up on this blog post. Starting Monday I'll be blogging about The Bold And The Beautiful again. I'll be able to watch it in the afternoon and actually blog about it after I watch it. I really don't know which soaps were read about the most over here since no one really says anything so I just picked the soap that was most convenient for me.
In the meantime I'll still blog about Hollyoaks as long as I'm able to easily watch it. I have had better luck with being able to watch it on the day it airs. Again I'm referring to my time not England time or whatever time it is on this blog. I think it is England time since I think you Brits are seven hours ahead of me.
