Welcome to My TeeVee, where I talk about what I watch, why I'm watching it, and what I think about television in general.
As time will show, I'm obviously a product of the television generation, where various shows mark moments in my life, good and bad memories, and desires and goals that were inspired and changed by those shows. It may seem silly, but I find television as inspiring as movies or books, when done rightly, and as destructive has hate and violence when done badly.
As is my watching habit, so will be my discussions, and I will cover dramas, comedies, action and adventure, as well as romance and science fiction and fantasy. However, my heart lies in science fiction and fantasy, as you'll notice over time, and there will be a modest amount of focus there. Science Fiction, I feel, is one of the most inspiring types of television, in that it shows us more well developed "What Ifs" than close to any other genre.
However, that is a topic for another time. Thank you and enjoy My TeeVee.
