The Fate Of Soap Babble
For the past two days I wasn't able to log in here which would be the third time that this has happened in December. I haven't been here long since I took this blog over in August but this leads to me being a cranky girl. So once again I ended up doing the posts over at Pine Valley Ramblings. Since this wasn't a case of being able to log in the next day which is what happened the first two times I started thinking about what to do about this. So if you notice no posts here there's a very good chance that I'm unable to log on although if this happens a fourth time I'm not so sure about continuing over here. If I do decide that I'd mention it and I'd prefer to stay over here at least in some capacity since this blog has a pagerank while the other place doesn't which means more people are coming here. Hopefully that will help send people over there.
I've been trying to get peoples input on which soap posts are read so I could decide on whether or not to drop some and keep others at Blogger where I've never had log in issues. It is one thing if circumstances out of my control lead to a pile up of blog posts but it is quite another when it is something as silly as being unable to log in at a blog. I have no idea if anyone that comes here even though to check Moonlight Dwelling where I post the individual links for each of the soap posts. Sure the hope is to get a few cents here and there for the shortened links but I also do it to make it easier for someone to read about a certain soap on a certain day.
So far only one person has answered the poll question at the other place and it seems to be someone in favor of me doing just babble for the American soaps which is very easy since that's where I am. I'm hoping that anyone reading this will mention what soaps they read about so I can get an idea on whether certain soaps are read about more or not. I did come up with a possible idea that I might go with instead. I could just put up Hollyoaks and EastEnders over here along with 90210 which by BBCAmerica standards would be considered a British show after all they have been airing Star Trek The Next Generation that happens to be the one that has the British guy on it and there's been a Brit on 90210 lately although I did think he was an Aussie at first because he didn't say row oddly with it sounding like ow instead of oh.
Even though I wasn't able to get on here Friday I did post over at Pine Valley Ramblings since the only time I don't would be in the case of computer problems or in the case of a British soap not being able to watch it on the day it airs which happens. So sometime today I'll probably move over EastEnders which is up including yesterday's episode along with Hollyoaks that is up through Thursday since I haven't been able to watch Friday's episode although I'm not sure if there was one or not because I believe the week before it wasn't on Friday although I did label the second episode that aired on Thursday as Friday's episode.
So now's your chance to help a girl out by saying which soaps you want to read about. Do you like my idea about just having the three shows babbled about over here while the others will be babbled about over at Pine Valley Ramblings which should get a new name? Sure there's the problem of what to do about Days Of Our Lives and One Life To Live that I've been watching together in the evening since I've been posting them at different blogs instead of on the same blog one right after the other although only the one blog has the real time since this blog seems to think it is seven hours ahead. I think that's England time but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to change that.
