Hope is finding it impossible to believe that Oliver could have accidentally had sex with Brooke. I can't blame her for that since the whole thing is pretty ridiculous even if it is true. She points out that she has different colored eyes and they don't have the exact same shade of blonde either. Also there's the height difference even though Brooke isn't that much taller. I do feel bad for her because she had to feel ganged up on when Brooke showed up and started begging her to forgive them. She wants to believe them but she can't because the whole thing is just nuts.
Wow I'm surprised that Stephanie didn't go running down the stairs. Boobess told her to leave them alone. I knew this idea of Hope's to reenact the evening wouldn't really work. It is just very unbelievable because Brooke should know every inch of Ridge considering how long they've been together. Why didn't she notice? Stephanie ended up waiting for Hope at the guest house so she was there when Hope ran there. I don't blame the girl for running off because this is just too much to take. They should leave her alone so she can try to work this out because only she can forgive them if she even does forgive them for this mess.
Oliver was still in the living room looking like a lost puppy when Boobess walked in. She did say she believed him when he said he had no idea it was Brooke that night. That's the thing him mistaking Brooke for Hope is a little more believable because he's never had sex with Hope but Brooke it is just to use a word that's being overused is a bit ridiculous. Boobess tells him that he needs to give Hope time which is a good idea. She needs to be away from the two people that hurt her most. In Hope's mind these two could do no wrong and now they're proved her wrong by betraying her in the worst way possible.
As weird as it may be I think it might be a good idea for Hope to stay put. Stephanie does seem to care. How can you not feel for the poor girl? It turns out that Ridge is on Hope's shit list too since he forgave Brooke so quickly. Of course Stephanie doesn't understand that although she should recognize in her son what she always does with Eric. She is guilty of the same thing herself but I guess in her mind Eric is worthy of forgiveness while Brooke isn't. Brooke shows up and Stephanie has Hope go into the other room and she slaps Brooke once for Bridget and the other for Hope.
I do love it when Owen doesn't button his shirt. Sure I'd love it even more if he wasn't wearing a shirt but I guess he should be Bridget hanging out with Jackie and Owen. What a weird little threesome they are. They really should lock that door that allows Bridget to just wander down to their apartment. With her popping in whenever she feels like it the two aren't able to take any baths but of course I think it's a pretty dumb idea to have a bathtub in the living room. They are talking about Hope and Jackie's being an optimist about things. I'm thinking that partly has to do with things turning out for her too where her husband doesn't end up leaving her for the woman he knocked up.
I'm just not so sure I'd want my hot husband touching the belly of the one he knocked up with me out of the room. Jackie goes off to take a business call. Well I do know that was Hello in Japanese unless I've gone stupid which is entirely possible after all I think the sun zaps what remaining brain cells I have left. So they continue their cozy moment talking about the baby and how Bridget thinks the baby is a girl. Jackie finishes her call and Bridget decides to leave so she goes upstairs but I had the feeling she wasn't gone which was revealed when she was shown looking at Jackie and Owen. If you keep eying Owen like he's a piece of chocolate Bridget you just might end up like your mother.
