Need To Talk
9/8/10
Well that was in no way awkward when Marty was talking to John with Natalie there. Damn it looked like she might tell John but now she's chickened out. She should tell him sooner rather than later since it's not like she cheated on him. They weren't together at the time although it gets complicated with her sleeping with Brody who didn't use protection either so he shouldn't be so judgey of Ford doing the same thing he did.
Jess tells Brody everything which would be his cue to say he did something too. Instead he leaves so poor Jess thinks he's gone but nope he's just going to see Ford who did take advantage of her when she wasn't herself. That isn't going to make things with Langston any better since she was there when Brody punched him at LU. I almost feel sorry for the guy since he does seem sincere in his desire to change after all he did make an appointment to see Marty.
Marty was a popular girl today since everyone decided to see her. First Todd went to see her which was awkward. See Sami that's how it is supposed to be with the man although I use the word lightly in Enormo's case when you see your rapist. You don't go out and have kids with the monster even if you were forced into marrying him. He wanted to know how she got over Patrick. Sadly I don't think there's a handbook on dealing with something like this and there's the part where it is very likely Tea's alive. I'm with Todd since I don't like doctors either.
Greg was about to fess up at least it seemed that way when he got a damn text. Why couldn't the idiot ignore it or have the thing turned off? Oh right he's a doctor and everyone but me seems to be strangely attached to those damn things. Nope I don't have one and don't have plans to have one since that would require that green stuff that I don't have and besides I think I'd always get a busy signal every time I'd try calling myself so what's the point? Instead he claims there was some delay and that the ashes will arrive later on.
I'm thinking Ross sent the text. Even if Eli did survive which can't be totally ruled out he was shot so Ross would be the one carrying out whatever plan they cooked up. Of course there's the question of who that guy that was shot and left in the fire is since that was pretty convenient to have a guy shot too just waiting to be put in the fire so it looked like Eli died which is why I'm thinking it probably was him although I'm not saying it was definitely him since it is possible it wasn't.
It just doesn't seem likely that it was someone else because they didn't have the time to get a guy to take Eli's place in the fire since the guy wasn't moving when Blair was trying to get him out. And Ross showed up later which means he possibly had the time to pull him out but there's still the question of the body that was found. I'm just curious about what Greg knows about this plan that involves Tea and since the commercial I saw had Dani saying Dad that certainly points to Ross since she thought he was her Dad so she's still in the habit of calling him that although she's bonded a bit with Todd.
Ford decides to drop the class that he's teaching so he's able to date Langston but she still doesn't want to go down that road again. He also mentions the therapy but everything gets shot to hell when Brody shows up and punches Ford. This isn't going to end well. It's just a good thing no one was around to see that except Langston. Damn that school is a total ghost town. No wonder they just had the one teacher for that writing class since Ford just had four students for it. At least he knows he has issues which is something and maybe he won't be the Daddy of the baby.
Wow that was fast since James mentioned getting his GED. Cole of course was a jerk when he showed up. What's wrong with a person deciding to get an education Cole? James won't have to do a thing since Cole will screw things up himself. Starr's being a bit of a hypocrite being mad at Cole for keeping quiet about Eli while it was okay for her to not tell anyone why she had to take off with James when Bull came after them.
Cole was trying to protect her and she could have made things worse by knowing. So she should have been more understanding about that. I haven't seen him harping about her taking off with James and not telling anyone about it. Hell James was even being a good friend by giving her advice but I wonder if Cole will just see the two instead of what was being said to act like an ass again. I find it odd that a college where there's only one teacher for a writing class would be so hard to find your way around.
I wonder whose ashes Todd was sent. A guy finally shows up at the door and inside is an urn. He ends up hugging it. I just wanted to give the poor guy a hug since it finally seems to be hitting him that Tea's gone but of course she isn't gone. I wonder if Ross has her and of course there's the question of whether Eli's alive or not. At least no one had ashes thrown on them. Talk about horrible. It is probably some poor Jane Doe or something that Greg had cremated. He seems to feel guilty about it since he went to Marty to talk. What did Eli have on the guy that would make him go along with this crazy ass plan?
