Bury The Hatchet
There's more steam rooming in Llanview instead of LA these days. The Ford brothers went in this time and talked about burying the hatchet. Ford does want to work things out with James. Things were going pretty good until Nate showed up so Ford clammed up and didn't even want to check Nate's hand. He just wants to get to know his brothers and James did point out that it wasn't Nate's fault. Of course if Ford reaches out to his new little brother he'll have to realize that his Mom isn't the evil bitch who abandoned him since she was in a really bad sitch and the only thing she could be sure of was protecting the one kid.
Looks like James will be starting school with Starr and Langston. Since Ford's full on professor now he'll be able to get a discount for his little brother. Just a wild guess but I'm thinking he's the teacher for that writing class that Langston's all excited about. Something tells me that all of them are going to end up in that class. Aw both James and Langston told Ford and Starr that they would stop seeing the other one so they wouldn't hurt them. James is still hung up on Starr and Langston is still hung up on Ford. She did enjoy sticking it to Ford but not so much when it came to hurting Starr. She claims that Cole's the one for her but who knows at this rate with James thrown in.
At least Langston seems to think something is up with David just leaving. Starr just assumes it is her writer's imagination but hell she's totally right. Crazy ass Clint took him all because of that slut Kim. Why? I didn't see much of her but I couldn't stand the bitch. Clint did mention her again when he was recruiting Matt for the dark side. He wants Matt to be the next CEO. Isn't he a bit young after all he isn't even out of high school yet? Hell he barely has his driver's license. I can't help but think of Will Horton since he's a year older and getting wooed by the old rich guy trying to lure him to the dark side. That is pretty smart preying on this kid who is still hurting from having his heart broken to mold him in your image after all I don't see him doing that to his daughters.
Nate goes looking for Inez before heading to work but she'd just left so Bo talks to him for a little bit. Matt shows up and he doesn't take things very well when he sees Nate and he does get pissed off when he finds out that Nate's Mom is working for Bo. So of course he wants Inez fired but Bo reminds him that everyone is entitled to a job and it wasn't Inez's fault. The truth is if he wants to blame anyone for breaking his heart it would be Dani after all she's the one that dumped his ass after he told her he loved her although I get why he'd want to be an ass to the new guy especially when she told Matt that she wasn't ready to have a relationship with anyone only to jump into one with Nate. So of course that seemed like the perfect time to mention his job offer from Uncle Clint who was all proud of him for sending the bounty hunter after Nate.
That was pretty moronic of Blair to just stand there and talk to Eli. Um if you find out the guy you've just married happens to be a serial killer you get your ass out or you reach for the nearest weapon and hit or shoot the person. Instead she just calmly listen to Eli. He ends up trying to put the blame on Ross which doesn't make any sense. Um wasn't he supposed to be dead and before that married to Tea so how did he go off and marry these other women and kill them when he was married with a kid that he thought was his? So I was thinking that she needed to get crowned Queen Dum Dum but she didn't believe him since she pulled a gun on him. Hopefully she'll be able to shoot him before he goes after her. He clearly wasn't thinking at all when he came up with that crap.
John wasn't feeling good about Eli being in custody so he asked Bo if he could go and get Eli himself. He must have some kind of psychic thing going on because Blair is still very much in danger because Ross is the one that's in custody. The cop seemed to be acting oddly from what John said so I have to wonder if the guy suspects that the wrong brother was taken in. Of course I could see why anyone would confuse these two after all they look so much alike down to their heights. They could be twins couldn't they? So he's off to hop on a plane but will he be in time? Sure Blair has the gun now but that doesn't mean she'll be able to shoot Eli before he's able to grab the gun from her and shoot her instead.
I wonder if Todd's up to something because he got strangely calm. He wanted to leave and Dani wanted to take Tea's things after all that's all they have left of her. Boo Greg you're just an evil bastard not even giving a shit about that poor girl. While they were doing that Shaun was talking to his brother. He wondered if Tea changed her mind and Greg lied and told him that she didn't. I wonder where he has Tea stashed because I don't think she's dead. He drugged her and stashed her somewhere as some part of Eli's plan. I do wonder how deeply he's involved. Either Eli has something on the guy or he knows everything that's going on. But what will happen with Tea with the plan possibly going south after all it is possible that Blair could end up shooting Eli? It's looks like they are going to leave with Shaun going with them and leaving Greg behind to wait for the body. That was just odd.
And the babble just can't be complete without mentioning the hair. Um I'm not sure what I think of Langston's new do. It kind of has that crazy I went nuts with a scissors thing that Sheridan had with her hair only longer. People better watch out because it looks like there might be some sharp edges poking out. It could be used as a potential weapon. She could swing her hair and poke people in the eye with her hair that is all sharp and potentially lethal. It isn't fun to be poked by hair but I'm thinking those sharp edges are even worse. So the jury's still out on her hair. I guess it could be worse but at the same time it could be better. Oh that reminds me I really need to get that haircut before my coupon expires.
