Magical DoReMi - TV Babble

I wonder if anyone else sings along with the theme song not that I do of course. That would just be silly and perhaps a wee bit sad. Anyhoo I wonder why Caitlyn doesn't use an alarm to wake up for the fairy test. She ends up falling asleep and doesn't wake up when Dorie tries to get her up for the test.

The girls run out of spell drops after doing Perfect Harmony to try to find out how to help Carrie get a gift for her friend in Mongolia. Of course they aren't going to tell Patina about that and oh no they have the what ya want test to take. So the girls decided to make some things in the hope of getting some spell drops but it turns out that September is a slow month in the magic shop.

Patina and Lorelei get back so Patina wants to know what the girls were talking about but they don't say a word. Luckily they don't need spell drops for the test. Instead Drona and Rona who both have some major itchiness want the girls to use magic clay to make something that they want. I guess the girls aren't too observy since they don't seem to notice Drona and Rona itching. Hell it makes you want to start scratching with all the scratching they're doing.

Dorie makes spell drops which isn't what they want and this makes Patina suspicious. Lorelei suggests they use Perfect Harmony but luckily the test doesn't require spell drops so they don't have to explain not having spell drops. I think Mirabelle made little Drona and Rona in clay although she ended up squashing it with her chin before I got a good look at it. I thought that was an umbrella stand too but it was just an odd vase. So Dorie decides to make a flower which turns out to be the perfect itchy scratcher so they end up passing the test. Talk about dumb luck.

But the girls do help their friend Carrie figure out what to get her friend in Mongolia. She decides to send her pencils to him as a gift. I guess the girls won't be going to Mongolia. Um maybe they could fly there after all they do have brooms but that would be one hell of a flight wouldn't it? Caitlyn of course is ticked off that she missed the test so no fairy for her just yet.

Love Serving Love

It's been a while but the weirdness continues not that it ever really stops when I'm around. But damn it I'm going to finally watch even though I missed it when it was on. I don't think it ever did air her even if it claims it did because I did look for it unless it was on at the ass crack of dawn and I missed it. I didn't look that hard but now I'm able to watch and babble about it which just might not be a good thing at all unless you like my babble. If you're still here and haven't run away I'm guessing you do.

It must be nice to have rich parents like Reanne does. Shut up I'm not jealous of an anime rich girl. I'm just stating a fact that it must be nice since they have a summer home. Come on how many people have them? I don't even have a bathtub which really blows. So the girls go to this log cabin as Reanne likes to call it and hello there's crazy Miss Suki the scariest housekeeper in the history of housekeeper. I have no idea why she feels the need to shout all the time. I think she might be a little touched in the head.

Caitlyn was too busy with her boyfriends to go but that didn't stop Patina and Lorelei from tagging along. Yep they hid away in Dorie's backpack. Even a green blob and a fairy need a little rest and relaxation. I'm not sure how much relaxing Patina did after all Lorelei wiped the floor with her at tennis. Yes Patina literally ended up face down on the court but hey that's a good opportunity to have yourself a spa day.

Josie was there being annoying as usual but hello there's a cute boy that catches her eye and Dorie's. Yes she falls for Jeremy but he seems to have some bad luck. Yeah you know what that means he obviously has a groveling in his good luck charm. I wonder if I have a groveling somewhere since that would explain a lot. So the girls decide to check after Jeremy tells them about something bad happening every time he tries to tell a girl he likes her. It happened again when Dorie fell off the ladder but she thought it was her that he was talking about but nope it was Mirabelle he liked.

Dorie of course was crushed but hey there's always some other guy and there's always Todd who always seems to buy the things that Dorie makes. Anyhoo another groveling was captured and the girls are that much closer to releasing Egghead from the computer. It wouldn't be so bad being stuck inside a computer but there's the issue of food. What do you do if you're craving a donut or some fries or maybe some onion rings. Crap now I'm getting hungry. Burger and fries I demand you show up for my lunch.

You Ought Not To Be In Pictures

So continues my little guilty pleasure although I guess this would be the guiltiest one of them all. I'd love to watch the whole thing but I don't speak Japanese except for a few words so I have to watch the dubbed version and that ends up getting chopped up and shown out of order since I'm pretty sure the episode I babbled about last week came before this one.

Color me weird but that grovel grabber looks like a laptop with that weird yellowish blob creature stuck inside. I'll just call him Squashy for short. They turn on the laptop and voila this dude is inside. He's another victim of being turned into a blob so Patina feels for him although she's green and she's not stuck in a computer. He was this wizard that stole a few things and ended up releasing the grovelings.

I think I need a grovel grabber since I think some of my stuff might be cursed. Hey Squashy can you help a girl out? So the girls end up going out and telling people to come to them with their stuff which leads to a bunch of junk but no grovelings. I did find it amusing that the one chick blamed the creepy bear statue on her weight gain. Isn't that always the case? You have a ugly statue and gain weight. I wonder how that happens.

Squashy ends up tricking the girls into going to Reanne's father's set where they continue searching. He just wanted to see his favorite actress. Reanne ends up creating a new megaphone and chair for her dad so they can check his old stuff because he seems to be having a problem filming. So they turn themselves into fireflies and fly around the actress to check to see if anything she's wearing has a groveling attached to it and that inspired Mr Griffin and gave him exactly what he wanted to finish his film.

To Catch A Thief

Since it is Random Sunday I thought I'd go with something random. I'm just not sure if this is the right episode or not. Well I don't speak Japanese so I had to go with the dubbed version so this is either the second or the first depending on which one you're talking about. I wonder if that was random enough for anyone that had the misfortune to stumble across this blog with this post of all posts. If you haven't seen any of the others I'll mention that this is a soap blog but soaps aren't on Sundays so unless I haven't caught up for the past week I put up something random hence babbling about this anime.

Shh don't tell anyone that I watch this but I do and I even like it. I'm not going to answer the door if someone comes to the door and rings the bell since it might be the men in white coats. The girls end up having a booth at the fair and Dorie made some stuff. She's just as crafts challenged as I am or maybe I'm more so since that did sort of look like a pineapple. The shape was a little off but the bumpy areas of it were dead on. Of course everyone laughs at her and oh crap what's her name mentions money. Patina who would be the green blob that used to be a witch before Dorie said the W word.
