Well isn't that enough to make your stomach turn? Rose is okay with Des marrying Jacqui just as long as she joins them in the hate. That just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Oh wait no it doesn't since they are wretched human beings. I wondered what Jacqui was up to and hell I was pretty close to renaming her but she did me proud with the way she handled Des proposing to her again. Now if only Sami Brady would take a cue from Jacqui McQueen on how to deal with an evil son of a bitch.
Whoops the accent made it sound like Brett but it turns out that the name of Cheryl's brother is Brendan. Well she was calling him Bren at least I think that's what she said so I was partly right at least the first three letters were right. I was thinking he was shifty before he stole some money out of Cheryl's purse. Gee I wonder why Eileen would cheat on such a winner like Brendan. At least that's the story he gave to Cheryl so who knows what the truth is. I do wonder how he managed to get Cheryl a loan that allowed her to get the Loft. Danny Houston? It could be Donny. Subtitles would be handy since it isn't always easy to figure out what's being said.
Ravi's ready to get the payback and I don't blame him one bit but Jacqui tells him to trust her so he doesn't do anything. She has Des meet her at The Dog where he proposes and even puts the ring on her finger. After she has the ring she punches Des which was just awesome. I thought I was going to have to rename her but she was great. She outed him as a racist to everyone and Ravi was there too but he proved that he was the better person by not doing anything after all why should he sink to Des's level. Sure it would feel good to punch the guy but it had to be even better to see Des and Rose getting arrested because he gave the video to the police where Des confessed to the attack on Ravi.
I guess Michaela's moved on to flowers now since she had one on her head. At least I knew it was a flower unlike that thing on Aggie's head. Still haven't figured out what it was but I'm thinking it might be a flower. She's upset that she doesn't have Zak and oops it is too late for her now since Zak took off with Kris and Jake. But at least both of them have the rings. Jacqui's going down to the pawn shop to get some money. I think that's only fitting. So three more residents bite the dust oops I mean leave the village. You'd think people would wonder why so many people are leaving.
It was kind of odd that Jake ended up leaving with Kris and Zak. Steph was right because Jake would always have his past hanging over him if he stayed in Hollyoaks so a fresh start is good for him. I will miss Kris and Zak though. Pretty soon the only people that have been around since I've started watching would be the McQueen family. I'm just glad they aren't going because I just love Myra. It was strange that Nancy just sent Kris a text. Michaela saw the bus as it left and she wasn't a happy camper at all but on the bright side her flower didn't fall off her head.
I wonder what the deal is with Carl. It's like he wants to keep Jasmine locked away. She just wanted to meet Bart but he wouldn't let her and what's up with her and the dress? At least she was able to find that place where Anita would go with Lauren and the others so she was able to change her clothes and do a little vandalizing. I think I'd go a little crazy too if I was forced to wear that pink dress. I wonder if he has gang ties since he did know that Donny or Danny guy. I wonder if they knew Warren.
Some blonde chick shows up whose name is Veronica and she seems to like Mal while she ignores Brendan who seemed like he was up for some shagging. I guess Mal was trying to get revenge on Mercedes for not being able to keep her knickers on so he brought Veronica home with him which was really stupid. Uh dude you have HIV so one nighters or afternooners isn't such a good idea. She ends up tying him to the bed and robs him. He can't even have revenge sex right so I kind of feel sorry for the guy.
