Jacqui decides to do a little celebrating after getting some money for the ring. Not sure how much she got but that was a big stack of cash. Sure it looked odd because English money looks funny but hey money is money right? She also ends up telling Myra about Des. After hearing about the racist bastard Myra certainly needs a drink so they drink away. I'm not sure how much $180 is in British money except for it being a lot of money. Yes I know that isn't the right symbol but I don't have a British keyboard hence the dollar sign instead of the pound sign at least I think that's what the thing is called. That leads to confusion because there's too much going on with the pound sign or at least the other pound sign.
I wonder why Leo decided to cause trouble for the McQueens who were just having a little girl time. He mentions to Carl that he should watch out for them so Jacqui gets pissed off and shows him the money. She says she'll pay the tab and they'll go elsewhere. Carl apologize but Jacqui just asks for a bottle for the road and they decide to run off. What in the world was Michaela wearing on her feet? They kind of looked like booties you wear at the hospital or at crime scenes. Another shocker was Leo asking for an OJ. Did I hallucinate that?
Since there are more people leaving Leo ends up telling Lauren that he got a job. I'm not sure what kind of job but it has a uniform and it's in Birmingham. I'm thinking England not Alabama. I think Lauren was hoping he'd go with her and Val to Spain but it looks like Leo along with Sasha are going to Birmingham. Well they all can't go to London. He buys her a bracelet and later Val shows up with a pair of earrings. It was like Jewelry Day for the girl. Nothing was said about Spencer but I guess he'll be going somewhere on his own after the club and Evissa are sold. Why doesn't he sell it to Carmel?
Mercedes finally gets home and finds that the house has been robbed. That really sucks and it certainly doesn't help when the cops accuse you of doing the stealing. I never did remember where I was supposed to have hidden the stuff I stole. Oh that's right I didn't steal anything since that was the thieves that broke in and stole my stuff. Mercedes isn't too eager to untie him after all he was calling someone else's name but she really doesn't have a right to say anything. Um remember the ongoing affair with Calvin you stupid slapper? It makes what Mal did tame in comparison although it was pretty stupid considering he has HIV.
Maybe she had a twinge of guilt because Mercedes unties Malachy before the others could find him tied to the bed. Myra looked disappointed. Oh you naughty girl you. Well he is pretty adorable even if you want to slap him for being such an idiot. That blonde chick was pretty busy because she also cleaned out Evissa. She ran into Carmel and gave another name and claimed Malachy hired her to clean the place. Well she did do that just not in the way Carmel thought she was there for.
To make matters even better Carl helped her. I do wonder who was behind it because Blondie ends up calling someone I'm guessing in the village that wants revenge on the family pretty badly. I'm just not sure who. Kyle would just set the house on fire so it can't be him. I wonder if it has anything to do with Bart. Could it be Cheryl? I think she only has the issues with Mercedes because of the way she's treated Mal so I don't think it was her. Oh no Jacqui's jewelry is gone. Is that such a bad thing? Oops did I just say that? Well you have to admit that some of it in a word is tacky.
