7/12/11 Days Of Our Lives

Damn I hate it when the stupid TV spazzes out and tells me about a tornado that isn't even located near me. I don't even know who or where this Elbert person is. All I know is that I was really annoyed when Days got interrupted not once but three times. What the hell happened to putting the message on the bottom of the screen instead of having the screen go black and all this loud beeping going on with that guy talking that sounds like he's speaking from the bottom of the toilet. I wasn't too happy about that at all. It makes me wonder if I should record it earlier just in case the schizo weather continues.

At least I got shirtless Rafe. That certainly beats the shirtless teens. Hey aren't you supposed to have the sunscreen already on before you go out to the wherever the hell they are. I think that's supposed to be a beach but I've never actually seen anything. Maybe there's a guy with a bucket just out of sight that will throw water on them when they need to be wet and looking like they just took a swim. I did enjoy shirtless Rafe and it looks like he got up before Sami and took care of the kids which included giving them big bowls of cereal. That's not worse than the creature giving them ice cream for breakfast.

Javier isn't speaking up but Rafe is being all positive and thinking that the creature will take the deal so finally the Scumeras can be brought down. Sami's worried of course after all this family has never had to pay. Most of Sami's problems wouldn't exist if it wasn't for that family. Okay there was still the first rape which had nothing to do with them but the rest of it is directly tied to this family. Okay the eating disorder had nothing to do with it but a lot of her issues are a result of this family screwing with her family over the years.

Papa Scumera wants to blame Enormo for everything. If I didn't loathe and despise not to mention the part where I have a death list for the guy I'd almost feel sorry for him. Could they have him deported? I know he was born in Salem but he does have a British accent. Papa Scumera's just disgusted with his son. He's worried about going to jail. Well maybe he should have thought about that before he did all those evil things to the Brady family over the years with the kidnappings, the brainwashing, along with all the other crap they've done.

I just don't know what Kate thought she could do. Actually she's kind of like Nicole who told her sister that she was better able to deal with the Scumera family being evil. If Kate wants to help how about siccing her jewelry on Enormo. Damn she's like Mr T with all those necklaces. I don't even know how many she's wearing. Now I get a girl loving jewelry but that's kind of ridiculous.

I guess instead of tasting the rainbow Maggie was mugged by it and decided to wear it. What the hell was she wearing? I was surprised she could speak. It looked like she was being strangled by that thing. I think Enormo should have been wearing it instead after all in case you were wondering I want the dude dead. She gets a visit from Abby so she gives her some pearls of wisdom about Chad. He should have taken Abe's advice since he really doesn't want to get mixed up in this family. At some point he's going to have to make a choice and that could be the difference between Abby and his father.

Kinsey has a crush on Sonny at least I'm thinking that's the case after all she did call him sex on legs. I guess she's never seen Eric Brady or hell Brady Black since those two would be sex on legs. Sure Sonny's cute but I'm wondering if it is just me or does he look different now? Maybe he got a haircut but there's something different about him. I first saw him on 90210 so am I crazy or what? See that would be your cue to speak up. Hell speak up anyway so I know someone is actually reading this. It can be frustrating feeling like I'm talking to myself here.

Oh Kinsey has no idea that her crush is gay. I think T likes him too. I must be the only one but the first second I saw that guy I thought he had a crush on Will. I don't feel like calling him Tad since he's no Tad Martin. So while Kinsey's dreaming about her next boyfriend the guy is going over to his Great Uncle Victor's place to let him know that he's gay. I'm really glad that Adrienne and Justin are being so supportive since that's how parents are supposed to be. He told Victor but I didn't see his response unless I missed it during one of those three times but I don't think so. I just saw his stunned face. Maybe Maggie should go over there. I guess she knows. I guess Sonny will be bringing the wrong guys home since Victor's hard to place. He didn't like Hope at first either but Jen he does approve of.

Isn't Nicole homeless? She ended up at a hotel and Twiggy shows up. She's all about the apoglizing thing because she realizes now what a total jackass she was about Enormo. But I have to object when she's going on about how much she hates Enormo. I beg to differ but I think I'm the one that hates Enormo the most after all I do have a death list over at Moonlight Dwelling with over 100 ways to kill him. But the hate seems to have brought the sisters back together and once again I wonder when she's leaving and whether or not she could take Enormo with her. I want him gone in case you haven't gotten the memo.

Nicole wanted to drink some more but Twiggy decided to order some food instead. I do wonder how Enormo knew where they were. He has the nerve to want to talk to Twiggy. Yeah dude I don't think Twiggy wants to talk to you. Maybe she could punch him after all I did enjoy it when Sami did not once but twice. Here's a random thought but I was thinking Nicole could be a lesbian since she might have better luck with women. If Gina does come to Salem maybe they could be an item. I think they could potentially be hot. I just hope to see her on something soon since I really love her on OLTL.

Here's hoping that history repeats itself. Well look at what happened the last time Papa Scumera disowned a son. Tony of course was a good guy that I didn't want dead but he did end up that way after Papa Scumera disowned him so I'm hoping that the same thing happens to Enormo. That would be wonderful. How ironic would it be if it were to happen at the pier? His death would be the only reason for celebration. I'm not sure what date it is supposed to be but the residents are Salem are supposed to be all happy in some episode. May it include this dude's death since that would be something to celebrate.

Load Of Shaving Cream

7/11/11 Days Of Our Lives

Maybe it was just me but I felt like someone was channeling one of those wacky Orbit commercials. Load of shaving cream and what the firecracker sounds like they could be in one of those commercials. I'm surprised Jen didn't say what the fire truck or what the french toast but she went with flipping instead. I did come up with a rename for a certain grumpy Salem resident. I dub thee Dunce. I don't easily forgive and I sure as hell won't forget that a certain doctor helped save that worthless Enormo Scumera.

Finally Taylor number three gets a clue. Imagine that she finally realizes that a monster she's been screwing. I'd feel sorry for her if I liked her which I really don't. I won't really be sorry to see her go and finally I won't have to channel her anymore to do Taylor's diary which was started when Taylor looked totally different. Yep I preferred the second Taylor since this one just wasn't right for the role at least that's what I think.

Of course Enormo tried lying and oh crap I accidentally made eye contact while I was walking while watching. Wow there were actual moments when he wasn't blinking? Has someone read my complaints about all the blinking this guy does? Seriously I've never seen anyone blink this much. He's like the opposite of Thomas Gibson on Criminal Minds who never seems to blink at all. I think I saw him blink once. So it was kind of funny when Papa Scumera told his son that he blinked. Uh dude he more than blinked.

I was ready to slap Taylor number three if she believed Enormo but it finally sank into her little brain that Enormo was responsible for her mother's death after all he's the moron that unleashed the psycho on the residents of Salem not giving a shit about this guy being around his kids. Was Papa Scumera biting his nails? He looked a bit worried and of course he blamed Enormo for everything coming out since that's the most important thing instead of the whole being evil thing. Yeah when you're a Scumera who sweats little details like murder and rape and torture.

Little Johnny is so damn cute. Those twins are just too cute for words. He snuck downstairs so he heard Rafe talking to Enormo. I give Rafe props for not punching the dude in the face. I think everyone in the room would have loved to take a swing. I'm disappointed in Taylor number three. She didn't even slap him before she ran off. Johnny ran into the room and asked everyone what was going on and yes he saw Javier too. I just loved it when he said Enormo was evil. How cute was that and true?

Johnny was upset of course about this and he still has no idea that his daddy raped his mommy before he'd help save Allie's daddy's life. I still demand a paternity test since I think Lucas could be the father. I was so startled by the accidental eye contact that I wondered if his eyes were always that color. Are Enormo's eyes the same color or do they look different? Maybe I'm just so used to not looking that I forgot what color his eyes are.

Enormo's pathetic not to mention jealous of Rafe. He loves those kids and DNA doesn't mean a damn thing. He's more of a father to those kids than Enormo could ever dream of being since he wasn't thinking of his children when he unleashed that psycho on the people in Salem. I just loved it when Johnny told Rafe to take him home. He turned to Enormo and told him that he did bad things. Anyone else cheer or was that just me? The three of them were just cute when they were on the couch at home. See Enormo that's a real man unlike your pathetic sorry self.

Papa Scumera of course was pissed off at his son because they got caught. Yeah he doesn't seem to care about his son's feelings. I could care less myself after all I do have a death list. Writers feel free to use one of the ways to get rid of him. Personally I'm hoping he'll do what he was going to do before Sami shot him in the head. I just want him gone. I'm sure that should come as no surprise to anyone. I have 113 ways to prove just how much I don't like this guy. I guess it is possible that another actor could do something with this role but the truth is that I've hated the character since he stepped foot in Salem.

But Papa Scumera doesn't like it when people find out that he's been up to evil and he isn't too happy that Enormo fell in love with someone that could never accept the Scumera evil ways like Kate can although Kate did show that she wasn't a hundred percent on board with the whole evil thing since she did warn Sami about Enormo's plan to take the kids which led to that wonderful shooting in the head that sadly didn't kill him. Wow that's one hell of a sentence isn't it? So now Enormo's all sad and curled up with the pictures of the kids and I could care less. I'm hoping he grabs a gun and puts himself out of my misery. Think about how pleasant Salem would be without him. Rafe could officially adopt the kids since he's a good man unlike Enormo who barely qualifies as a man.

That drug dealer guy looks familiar. I'm not sure why but he does. I hope this doesn't drive me nuts. I really hate when that happens. Carly was on the pier so this guy tried to get her to buy some drugs. Luckily she got called to the hospital. I guess Quinn plans on ruining Carly for Mommy. This whole thing has me confused and thinking huh because it doesn't make sense. Viv actually seems to be feeling all warm and fuzzy about her son while Gus is skeptical about this. I am too since she's leaving so I'm assuming Quinn's just making it seem like he's doing Mommy a favor while he's really planning on doing something to her after all she did abandon him.

Funnily enough the patient was a woman around Carly's age that had a drug overdose. This seemed to really get to her since she wondered how someone could reach that point and she wondered if this woman had anyone that loved her. This whole thing is a bit odd since it would have made more sense for Carly to fall apart when she first came to Salem since there was more going on. She had just killed Larry because he was threatening to kill Melanie and there was all that time when Carly was accused of every bad thing that happened in Salem.

Dunce wasn't happy because Jen dumped him so Melanie decided to cheer him up. He perked up a bit when she revealed that she changed her name to Jonas. Carly shows up and once again I'm thinking how much it sucks that Crystal's leaving when these three are so damn cute together. I really like these scenes even though I'm pissed off at Dunce for saving Enormo. So they were having a group hug after Dunce said that they were a family which Jen saw. She was going to go talk to him but this stopped her. Ironically Mel had convinced him to try again and be the Anti Jack. Anyone else sick of the Jack bashing or is it just me?

Wow that was a bright yellow edge for that book. Jen brings Adrienne a book. Adrienne knew that Jen was upset so she finally got it out of her and did talk her into giving Dunce a chance. She even called her brother an ass. Hey no Jack bashing. Jen got an email from Jack saying something along the lines of hey how are the kids. I really hope there's some logical explanation for this weirdness regarding Jack. I'm hoping he's being held captive and he's being forced to do the blog and not contact Jen. I did like Adrienne's earrings. Maybe it's just me but there's a lot of ugly jewelry in soap land. Also I'm just not a fan of the huge jewelry.

Hopefully Bo will get Javier to spill. They should work out some deal or they could accidentally release him so he could finish off Enormo. I think that would be a public service for the residents of Salem. I know I'd prefer an Enormo free Salem. The turd was really enjoying himself but he wasn't forgotten since Bo took his ass to jail along with the promise that he'd be back. Yeah he was being a little Terminator in that moment. Oh hello Hope I didn't notice you there. Is it me or are those two just dull as dishwater? I'm a long time viewer but I have to say that the chemistry that they used to have just doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Sleep When You're Dead

I've noticed Brady's broad shoulders. I thought I made myself perfectly clear about wanting him shirtless instead I get a shirtless Enormo which would be fine if I could have the option of putting sunglasses on him or switching his head with another head. But I did find it amusing when Nicole screwed with him. Sure she has no real reason to be mad at him but I do enjoy her making him squirm. They really are a match made in hell. I'm just glad that Brady seems to be over the bitch since they were so wrong for each other.

Brady really needs some guy friends. Careful Nicole you're allowing your jealousy to show through. Now I make no secret of not liking Taylor number three but I don't think she thinks she's perfect at all. Nope I would go with confused myself after all I am the Queen of Confusion while Nicole's the Queen of something else. I hope to see more Brady and less of Enormo since I'm really sick of it. Oh I did come up with a harebrained theory about why James was nominated. You'll just have to go to the link above this post. Yeah I think it ends up on top and not on the bottom.

I love scenes with Brady and Victor. Eric and John have such great chemistry. Yep the boy has done it again. He has manged to step into a role that had someone else before him and make it even better. No offense to Kyle or even Travis for that matter although I didn't care too much for Travis as Ethan at first since he was a bit of an ass but he grew on me. They did have some great lines today. Damn I wish I had a photographic memory. I wonder if Mel would let me borrow hers. That wasn't very nice of Victor to call Brady heartless but he did realize that Brady seems to be a lot like him.

Damn it Victor why did you make the allergies act up? He went over to see Maggie and said some really sweet things about her smile and how she's a precious gift. He even said he'd like to change but that he doesn't think that he can. Weirdly earlier David in Pine Valley did mention that leopards can't change their spots but Maggie has brought out the best in Victor so I think he just might be underestimating himself a bit. He wasn't a fan of Hope's at first and he's grown to care about Melanie despite who her mother is but I think Chloe could be the deal breaker since I don't seem him ever getting all warm and fuzzy over her. Not that I'd ask because that would be pointless but I think she did accuse Phillip of rape when they were in high school.

I am glad that Sami got her brain back. I was wondering about her. She had suspicions but she would always blame the accident along with everyone else. She did shoot Faux Rafe in the arm or winged him. Too bad she didn't aim a little lower like she did with Allen after all this guy is essentially a rapist when you get down to it since this isn't quite the same as John being programmed to be Roman since John isn't a psycho like this dude is. This was half assed and it makes me wonder about Enormo being so concerned about his kids that he wants to deprive them of a loving stepparent and replace him with a psychopath. Yes that makes perfect sense you jackass.

I do enjoy Lexie calling her brother an idiot although she should think of some other names. She doesn't seem all that bothered about him being up to something bad which resulted in him being forced to stay in his marriage. Chad should have taken Abe's advice and run in the other direction since he'll just end up getting sucked into the evil. Too bad Tony isn't around to help him out since a non evil Scumera is a rare thing indeed. She did give Taylor number three the note he sent her which said some crap about him loving her. I don't think he knows what the word means.

It was ridiculous when Enormo was talking about being the kind of man that Taylor saw in her eyes or some nonsense like that. Um that man doesn't exist because Taylor number three doesn't even know the guy. It does amuse me if I happen to look at comments not here since that doesn't happen but over at the website and see ones that say to bring the original Taylor back. I'm pretty sure they aren't talking about the original Taylor who was on all those years ago unless I'm wrong about that. The current one is the third and once again third time really isn't the charm although I guess I have to admit that she isn't as horrible as Julie Pinson was as Billie. Now I like Julie but I hated her as Billie since the character was basically ruined.

At least Faux Rafe's been taken care of. He's tied up and in the bathtub but I admit that I shouted ass porn when he fell to the ground with his ass facing my way. Hey he's a psycho but he's a hot one. I just don't know how Sami managed to talk to Enormo without screaming at him. I did love it when she started shouting and throwing things after talking to him. Now that's hate Nicole. I don't think Nicole's quite up to that level of hate quite yet but she is having a good time messing with him including sleeping in his bed so Johnny won't suspect that anything is wrong.

Maybe Nicole could join in and make him pay since that would be great especially if it means that I get that bastard off my screen. I did read an article that said James was thinking about quitting acting which sounds good to me. Maybe he could take some time off and take some acting lessons. He could also work on his blinking problem since that annoys the hell out of me. I just want him gone which isn't such a bad request after all I think it is time that someone dies in Salem and he'd be my first choice. Hell I do have that list with ways to kill him. I'd email it to Sami if I knew her email address.

I am glad that Sami and Rafe have been reunited even though he doesn't remember. Maybe Sami could bring out some pictures to see if it jogs Rafe's memory. Or she could call John since he more than anyone knows what the whole mind wipe is like. John suffered the most out of all the Scumera victims being taken at such a young age and letting the Alamains believe that Forest drowned and turning him into a mercenary and Roman Brady although in his case he is related to the Bradys while the real identity of Faux Rafe is unknown except for him being a criminal with a taste for killing. I think she needs to get the gun out and finish off Enormo this time. She could shoot him in his little Enormo and in the head again.

Speaking of Enormo's head which would look really wonderful with a bullet or a dozen he's having weird hair. I guess hair sickness hasn't left Salem. He has this weird dippy thing in his head. I am glad that he has hair since the shaved look just looked horrible and made him look older than he is and he already looks older. All of the morons that look his way are older than him. I just don't get it. Maybe it's the British accent since I don't find anything about the guy to like. He blinks too much and he yells a lot. If he was really a good actor he'd be able to pull it off in a way that would allow for you to hate and still like him at the same time but James just falls short with that while Joe pulls it off as Papa Scumera.

I guess Sami's going to stay at the safe house for now and figure out what to do next. She doesn't want to involve Roman and Bo which might not be a bad idea since those two can be pretty brainless but so can she. So she called up Enormo and told him to keep the kids so she can pull herself together. Oh he was just thrilled when she told him the news about her and Rafe supposedly getting a divorce. I am looking forward to seeing the look on his face when he realizes that Rafe isn't dead at all. This whole thing has been pretty ridiculous unless the idiot lost the taped confession of Sami that Ari got before Troy ran her down in the street.

Yep with this whole clone thing out I'm thinking Sami will get her kids so she can have her happy ending with Rafe but please Soap Gods don't have her get pregnant with Faux Rafe's baby because that would make me scream. One kid with Rafe would be fine but not that bastard. I still think they should do a DNA test on Johnny since it could turn out that he is Lucas's son. I would much rather that after all think about how it will be for Johnny when he finds out that he came into this world because Daddy raped Mommy to save his twin sister's Daddy's life.

I do wonder if I was hearing things when I thought I heard Victor say Betty instead of Brady. That's when the rewind option would have come in handy. Well there was that one time when Jen was confused about Phillip. Maybe Brady has a secret that only Victor knows about. I do wonder if Harold watches a soap too. That was funny how Victor started watching the soap and started talking to the TV while Maggie was doing the same. Hell I do that myself. I wonder if Henderson was recording his soap. At least he got to say something. He gets more action than poor Thorne does. Sure he's been on for the past two days but he didn't say anything while Henderson got to speak.

Think About It

I think my brain is broken or maybe Sami's brain is broken. Hopefully she shot Faux Rafe instead of Rafe. She seemed to be awake when Faux Rafe was revealing that he was the clone instead of Rafe. Faux Rafe revealed the whole plan but he blamed it on Rafe. Yeah the guy with amnesia is out to get you Sami. It is a bit disappointing that Sami's being so brainless about this when she should know better after all look at what Papa Scumera did to her dad and replacing him with John. At least in that case it wasn't some psycho and John is family since his mother is Colleen Brady who happens to be Sami's doppelganger. I just can't seem to escape them. I'm just glad that I don't have one since that would be super scary.

Yes there was some yelling at the screen but on the plus side it was pretty Enormo light. Sure he was on but not for long. Now if only they'd kill him already. I do have that list so they can feel free to use one of them. Sure many are ridiculous but there are some plausible ones. Maybe Satan could possess Nicole and she could do it after all Marlena tossed Papa Scumera over the balcony whens he was possessed but of course this time I'd want the Scumera in question to be dead and I'm not talking a little dead. Nicole's screwing with him which I like although I know what I'd really like.

Retreat From A Convent?

Sister Pretty is lucky that they aren't near Harmony since they might think this nun escaped. She takes Rafe to the convent where a nun with my stupid name is and of course she wasn't there before so she doesn't know who Rafe is either. Well that's just fantastic. The other nuns are on a retreat so I second Rafe's confusion about them taking a retreat from a convent. At least she's able to tell Rafe where the apartments are but uh oh she's in trouble now with Faux Rafe showing up. I guess she didn't notice the different clothes.

Just Be Glad I Didn't Have A Shillelagh

I don't like seeing Enormo even if it is just for a few seconds in a flashback when it is supposed to be an Enormo free day. It's bad enough I have to see him tomorrow so I really didn't feel it was necessary to stick him in at the end like that when Faux Rafe was attempting to think about where Sami went. After getting slapped by Gollum he managed to talk her into helping him out. He did ask her if she ever did something wrong and hello she did cheat on Shawn. She's cracking me up and scaring me at the same time. First a butcher knife now a Shillelagh.

Nicole will never learn that blackmail always ends up blowing up in her face. I think Enromo just decided to let Nicole have visitation so he'd look good to Taylor number three who I'm still not liking. Maybe once she gets out of that horrible outfit I won't be distracted by how much I hate that shirt and figure out if I like her or not. Days can be great at recasting while other times it falls flat and this would be one of those bad times just like with Billie number three who sucked although I have no problem with Julie Pinson since I did like her on Port Charles.

Faking It Every Time

It is ironic that Sami's talking to Faux Rafe about cheating when she's actually the one that's been doing the cheating. I don't think you're cheating when you're not the real husband. Sami admits that she's been faking it and when she said Faux Rafe wasn't Rafe he reached for a knife. I have an answer for him on who he is since Sami isn't going to know. He's a psycho in a Rafe costume. So Sami tells Faux Rafe to get his stuff and leave. There's one problem with that since the stuff belongs to Rafe. Oh wait I had a nice thought. When Rafe gets back he won't have anything to wear which isn't such a bad thing.

Passed Out By The Washer

I have no idea if this will even go through. Earlier when I was doing a post about today's episode of All My Children it all went to hell. I had at least five paragraphs up so I was well on my way to being done when the damn screen froze. Supposedly a draft was saved but here drafts are no longer really saved. Before I could save something along with the picture and go back to it and find the picture and anything I might have typed up. That doesn't happen anymore. It looked like the post was there since it had the title and a few lines but when I clicked on the so called draft nothing was there no picture or any words at all which pisses me off. So if that happens again I sure as hell won't start over from scratch. Rant is over unless I decide to rant about something else.

I think a magician made Adrienne disappear unless I missed her leaving. Abby had just found out about Jack's haiku when poof she wasn't there anymore. I was going back and forth but I'm pretty sure I didn't really miss anything after all I can hear although I didn't have the volume up loud but nope I think Adrienne just disappeared because one second she was holding hands with Justin when Dario showed up at the Cheatin' Heart and poof today she was no longer there. How nice it seems like Jack has some obsession with sunsets. Who knows I might even do a haiku later. I did two last night.

4/28/11 Days Of Our Lives

This is a fluke that happens sometimes. Okay it will be happening for the next few weeks so don't get used to it. I was able to watch earlier today instead of having to wait until tonight to watch the episode. I miss being able to record since that would allow me the option to fast forward all the Enormo parts. I'm still not liking Taylor number three so the diary just might be saying farewell at the end of the month. It isn't definite but at this point I'm not liking her so unless I want to close my eyes and pretend it is the other Taylor I'm up in the air about this. Maybe she'll grow on me or maybe not.

Day number two and I'm still iffy about Taylor number three. I do know that I didn't like that shirt she was wearing but it isn't new for me to bitch about the clothes in Salem. It just didn't seem like a Taylor shirt if that makes any sense at all although it looks like they're going to make Taylor slutty and bitchy at least that's the impression I get since this chick can't pull off sweet at all so I'm not really surprised that she's locking lips with him with poor Nicole outside. Oh god now I'm feeling bad for Nicole. Damn I hate when that happens.
